My event is postponed:

You will be contacted directly if your event is postponed.  In the event that once a revised date has been announced you are unable to attend, we will explain the process for requesting a refund in the same communication. If owing to the current situation, you would like to request a refund for an upcoming event with us, please get in touch using the details below.

My event is cancelled:

However, if due to COVID-19, the event you were due to attend is cancelled payment for the face value of the ticket will be refunded automatically, within 14 working days of the date the official cancellation is announced. In all cases, refunds will be made directly to the original payment card used to make the purchase. If you have a new credit or debit card, but still have the same credit/debit account we will still be able to process your refund.
