FA Match Tickets - Terms and Conditions of Sale and Issue
The FA is committed to as far as possible ensuring the health and safety of spectators, and to providing as safe and suitable an environment as possible during this COVID-19 pandemic. In order to do this, all spectators must behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times. By purchasing a ticket for a FA Match, you are agreeing to comply with Wembley Stadium’s COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct, including the ‘track and trace’ measures within the Code of Conduct. Please be aware that tickets will not be released and attendance at the stadium will not be permitted until all relevant ‘track and trace’ information has been provided in accordance with the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct can be found here.
However, it is impossible for The FA to completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19. Therefore, if you are not willing to comply with the Code of Conduct or you feel uncomfortable with the risk of you attending a FA Match, you should not attend.
In the event that you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if anybody in your household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if you are otherwise self-isolating (either due to a recent positive COVID-19 test or otherwise), please do not attend the FA Match. In these circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of your Ticket – please see The FA’s Ticket Refund Policy for further details.1. Definitions
